摘要 目的通过两组对照试验了解强化母乳喂养与早产儿院内配方奶喂养下早产儿生长状况的优劣比较,评价强化母乳喂养对早产儿生长发育的影响。方法出生胎龄<34周、出生体重<2000 g的21例早产儿分为强化母乳组(试验组,10例)和早产院内配方奶组(对照组,11例)。实验组开始用早产母乳喂养,当喂养量达100 mL(/kg·d)时开始添加母乳强化剂;对照组全部用早产院内配方奶喂养。对两组的体格生长速度进行比较。结果两组出生时胎龄、头围、身长、体重、恢复至出生体重的日龄差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组与对照组的体重、身长、头围的增长速率相似差别无统计学意义。结论强化母乳喂养与早产院内配方奶喂养在早产儿住院期间的生长速率相似。 Objective Through two groups of controlled trials about human milk fortifier and formula feeding premature infants in hospital under the growth condition of comparison, to evaluation of the influence of the human milk fortifier on the growth and development of premature infants. Methods 21 premature infants with gestational age of 〈 34 weeks,birth weight 〈 2000 g be divided into the reinforcement of breast feeding group(10 cases of test group,) and formula feeding premature infants in hospital group (control group, l l cases).Initially,the experimental group fed with preterm breast milk,when the feeding amount was 100 mL/(kg · d)began to add the human milk fortifier.All the control group were fed with preterm formula. The comparison was made on growth speed between these two groups. Results The two groups was not statistically significant for gestational age at birth,head circumferenee,height,weig ht,back to the days of age differences in birth weight (P 〉 0.05).The average growth velocity of weight,length,head circumference were similar in experiment group and control group. Conclusion Premature infants fed with fortified human milk grew similarly to those premature infants fed with preterm formula during hospital stay.
