摘要
目的探讨新辅助化疗治疗局部晚期子宫颈癌中的实际效果。方法选取我院2010年11月~2012年7月入院治疗的30例局部晚期子宫颈癌患者为研究对象,针对治疗效果进行了比较研究。结果本研究的全部30例患者总有效(CR+PR)24例,总有效率达80.00%。从肿瘤大小变化情况上看,所有患者治疗后肿瘤均明显缩小,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论针对局部晚期子宫颈癌患者实施相关的新辅助化疗,其临床实际效果显著安全有效。
Objective To investigate the recent clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer. Methods 30 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer treated in our hospital from November 2010 to July 2012 were selected. The treatment effect were compared and discussed. Results The total effective（CR＋PR） was 24 cases in all 30 cases of the present study, the total effective rate was 80%. From the tumor size changes of point of view, the tumors of all patients were significantly reduced after treatment, and the differences were statistioally significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for patients with locally advar^ed cervical cancer was safe and effective.
