摘要
目的对四肢骨折中采用锁定加压钢板疗法的临床应用及价值进行探讨。方法选取我院自2008年2月一2012年2月期间骨科住院治疗的87例四肢骨折患者进行分析，所有患者全部采用锁定加压钢板内固定疗法治疗。结果骨折患者的愈合时间在5—7个月之间，并且都未出现骨不连或钢板断裂等并发症；其中仅有2例胫骨骨折患者出现轻微钢板及螺钉松动现象，占患者总数的2．3％。通过对该疗效采用Johner—Wruhs功能评价标准进行评价，优良率达到95．3％。结论在四肢骨折患者的治疗中，采用锁定加压钢板治疗的方法具有固定牢固、创伤小、适应范围广、愈合效率高的特点，随着医疗技术的发展，锁定加压钢板疗法具有广阔的应用前景。
Objective To explore the clinical application and value of therapy of locking compression plate in the treatment of limb fractures. Methods 87 cases of patients with orthopedic limb fractures were analyzed in our hospital from February 2008 to February 2012,and they were all treated with locking compression plate fixation therapy. Results The fracture healing time was between 5-7 months,and none appeared plate fracture,bone nonunion or other complications;which only happened two cases of tibial fractures in patients with mild steel plates and screws loosening,accounting for the total number of patients 2.3%. The excellent and good rate was 95.3% through using Johner-Wruhs functional efficacy evaluation criteria. Coneluslon The locking compression plate fixation method in the treatment of patients with limb fractures have fastness fixation, little trauma, wide application, healing of high efficiency.With the development of medical technology, locking compression plate therapy has a broad application prospect.
