Electrochemical Noise Evaluation on Pitting of X70 Pipeline Steel in Na_2CO_3-NaHCO_3 System Containing Cl^-

摘要 采用电化学噪声技术对X70管线钢在含有Cl-的Na2CO3-NaHCO3体系的点蚀行为进行研究。结果表明,在含Cl-的Na2CO3-NaHCO3溶液体系中X70管线钢表面点蚀的亚稳态点蚀形核时间明显缩短;发生点蚀后,钝化膜修复时间明显变长,并且其点蚀行为存在3个阶段,即不稳定期、亚稳态点蚀形核期和点蚀期。 The pitting corrosion behaviors of X70 pipeline steel in Na2CO3-NaHCOs system containing C1- were investigated by electrochemical noise technology. The results show that the metastable pitting nucleation time on X70 pipeline steel surface in the Na2CO3-NaHCO3 system containing C1- is apparently shortened. And the repairing time of passive film becomes apparently longer after the appearance of pitting. The pitting behavior has the apparent three phases,such as unstable period, metastable pitting nucleation period and pitting period.
