摘要
煤炭资源型城市为我国经济的发展做出了巨大的贡献,但其经济产业结构单一、资源枯竭、发展经济水平日益降低等问题不容小视。文章以河南煤炭资源型城市为例,对产业结构调整与转型当中的环境优化、人才建设、发展观念和技术的改进等问题进行了研究并提出相应的对策。
