论述了美国最佳小型图书馆为多种族、多宗教人群及贫困人口、老年人、残疾人等弱势群体提供的无障碍平等服务,激励中国的小型图书馆为践行《公共图书馆宣言》无等级差别、无歧视的自由平等的服务理念而不懈努力。
This paper discusses some equitable services provided by the best small library in America for multiethnic, multi-religious crowds and the vulnerable groups including the poor, the eider and the disabled for encouraging the small libraries in China to implement continuously the free and equitable service concept of Public Library Manifesto without class difference and discrimination.
