纯棉织物的稀土-柠檬酸配合物染色

摘要 将稀土-柠檬酸配合物应用于纯棉织物活性染色中,讨论了染色工艺和稀土-柠檬酸配合物、元明粉、代用碱用量对染色效果的影响。结果表明,稀土-柠檬酸配合物具有明显的促染作用,染色深度可提高15%-20%,并减少30%元明粉用量;使用代用碱SA—RCF固色,可提高稀土-柠檬酸配合物在染色中的稳定性,上染率和固色率大幅提高。与常规染色织物相比,稀土.柠檬酸配合物活性染料染色织物的匀染性略差,除钇.柠檬酸配合物外,色差变化不明显,耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度基本一致,耐光色牢度略有提高。 Rare earth-citric acid complexes are applied to reactive dyeing of cotton fabric. The influences of dyeing process and dosages of rare earth-citric acid complexes, sodium sulphate and substitute alkali on dyeing results are discussed. The results show that rare earth-citric acid complexes have obvious accelerating action in reactive dyeing, and fixation with substitute alkali SA-RCF can improve the stability of rare earth-citric acid complexes. Dyeing with rare earth-citric acid complexes, the color depth increases by 15 % ~ 20%, the dye uptake and fixation improves significantly, and the dosage of sodium sulphate reduces by 30%. Compared with traditional reactive dyeings, the dyeings with rare earth-citric acid complexes feature a little reduced evenness, no obvious color deviation except Yttrium-citric acid complexes, almost the same color fastness to rubbing and soa- ping, and slightly enhanced color fastness to light.
