摘要
待拆静止炉炉底位于车间内 ,其周围环境复杂。炉底表面留有渣铝 ,耐火砖砖缝中也渗有铝。根据这些特点 ,决定采用爆破切割法将炉底解体成几大块。本文介绍了爆破方案的选择、成孔技术、装药结构、起爆顺序和防护措施等 。
The static furnace bottoms to be demolished are in a workshop and have a complicated surrounding environment. There are retained aluminium residue on surface of the bottoms and penetrated aluminium in the gaps between refractory bricks. According to these features, it is determined that the bottoms are disintegrated into big blocks by way of blasting cutting. In this paper, the selection of blasting scheme, drilling technology, charge structure, initiating sequence, safety precautions and others are introduced. In particular, the determination of charge weight per blasthole is expounded.
