摘要
机动式雷达天线多以车载方舱为安装平台,通过在舱内安装升降机构来实现雷达天线的升降与撤收。由于该机构传动组件数量多、结构复杂和没有理想的装配基准等原因造成了装配累积误差过大,机构运行过程中容易与舱体发生共振,产生过大噪声,进而严重影响了雷达天线的工作精度和人机环境。针对上述问题设计了升降机构分步式的装配工艺方案,消除了装配误差,此外还采取了两种隔音吸振措施,有效降低了噪声,改善了人机环境。
The mobile radar antenna is installed in the vehicle Shelter and moved by elevating mechanism.The transmission has many parts,the structure is complex,and there’s no ideal assembly datum,so the accumulated tolerance for assembly is difficult to control.The operation resonance and excessive noise are easy to occur when the radar antenna is moved.These problems have a strong impact on the radar antenna’s working precision and man-machine environment.Aiming at the problems design a grading assembly process scheme of the elevating mechanism,and eliminate assembly error.In addition the acoustic absorbing material and vibration isolation measures are used,the noise is effectively reduced and the man-machine environment is improved.
