摘要
20世纪80年代末反思性教学被引入护理教育领域并越来越得到重视,其是培养护生评判性思维能力的重要方法。本文介绍了反思性学习在《儿科护理学》实践教学中的应用和效果,分析在实施的过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。
In the 1980s, reflective learning was introduced into the area of nursing education, which got more and more attention. Now it has became an important method to cultivate the ability of critical thinking on nursing stu- dents. This paper introduces the application and effect of reflective learning in students' study of "Pediatric Nursing", ana- lyzes the existing problems during the process of implementation, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
