摘要
目的观察血浆置换联合化疗治疗噬血细胞综合征的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院采用血浆置换联合化疗治疗5例噬血细胞综合征患者的临床资料。结果 5例患者中4例治疗后相关指标好转,生存期超过6个月,1例无效,2个月后死亡,平均生存期6.1个月。结论血浆置换联合化疗的方法对控制噬血细胞综合征的病情、延长患者的生存期有一定效果。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of plasma exchange combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of hemophagocytic syndrome. Methods Five patients diagnosed with hemophagocytie syndrome and treated by plasma exchange combined with chemotherapy in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The clinical data was studied retrospectively. Results Of the 5 patients, 4 achieved improvements after treatment, with the survival time of over 6 months. One achieved no improvements and died in 2 months, with the mean survival time of 6.1 months. Conclusion Plasma exchange combined with chemotherapy can effectively control the progression of the disease and prolong survival in hemophagocytic syndrome.
