摘要 目的研究颈内动脉注射Lewis肺癌细胞3LL建立肺癌脑转移动物模型的可行性及手术技巧。方法使用稳定转染绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)的Lewis肺癌细胞3LL细胞经颈内动脉注射入C57BL/6X小鼠脑组织,建立肺癌脑转移动物模型,分析肿瘤脑内生长情况及小鼠生存时间。结果使用颈内动脉注射GFR标记的Lewis肺癌细胞3LL建立血运性脑转移癌模型成功。结论颈内动脉注射法是一种有效的建立脑转移癌动物模型的方法。 Objective To study the feasibility and surgical techniques of C57BL/6mice intracarotid injected Lewis lung cancer cell line 3LL to establish a kind lung cancer brain metastasis animal model.Methods Green fluorescent protein(GFP)positive 3LL cells were intracarotid injected into C57BL/6mice to establish lung cancer brain metastases animal models,then tumor growth and survival time were analyzed.Results The intracarotid injection animal model could establish brain metastases animal model successfully.Conclusion The intracarotid injection is an effective method to establish cancer brain metastatic animal model.
