摘要
描述了两个典型的液化天然气涡旋事故，分析了分层和涡旋现象形成的机理，介绍了国内外提出的双向对流扩散模型、Ｂａｔｅｓ－Ｍｏｒｒｉｓｏｎ模型和四阶段模型等重要理论研究工作和实验成果，并提出了进一步深入研究的方向。
Stratification and the subsequent rollover phenomenon are serious problems in the storage of LNG. Several relevant accidents were reported. Two typical LNG rollover accidents were described. The important theoretical results? such as the double convection-diffusion models, Bates-Morrison model and four stage models, as well as the related experimental achievements were intuoduced. Some problems that worth further research were summarized.
