摘要
从高校发展所处的外部大环境、高校自身发展所处的阶段特征和高校腐败案件的特点三个角度,分析了当前高校反腐倡廉建设面临的困难、原因及高校腐败的危害,并就高校如何反腐倡廉提出了加快推进社会转型、牢固树立并秉承"以廉立校"的建校育人思想、积极探索高校的外部监督机制等对策建议。
Based on the external environment, stages of development and characteristics of corruptive ca- ses, this paper analyzes the causes of corruption in colleges and universities, their harm and difficulties in the work of fighting against corruption. Besides, measures to further enhance the work of anti-corruption are put forward hereafter, including the promotion of social transformation, the forming of the concept to run a university on the basis of probity, and the strengthening of external supervision.
