滇大蓟中黄酮的提取及其对羟基自由基清除作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 以乙醇为提取剂,用浸提法提取滇大蓟中的黄酮,用Fenton法初步探究提取液清除羟基自由基的能力,并与BHT(二丁基羟基甲苯)溶液和芦丁溶液进行比较。结果表明,乙醇浸提法提取滇大蓟中黄酮的最佳条件为:60%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1∶30(g/mL),提取温度为80℃,提取时间为4h,在此条件下,黄酮提取得率为0.163%;同浓度同体积的滇大蓟提取液、芦丁溶液和BHT溶液对羟基自由基(.OH)的清除效果为:滇大蓟提取液>芦丁溶液>BHT溶液。 Flavonoids are extracted with ethanol from Cirsium chlorolepsis and its abilities of scaven- ging hydroxyl radical ( OH ) are detected by Fenton method as compared with BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene) solution and rutin solution. The results show that the optimum extraction conditions are: taking 60% ethanol as extracting agent, ratio of material to liquid is 1:30 (g/mL), extraction tem- perature is 80℃, extraction time for 4h. Under that condition, the yield rate of flavonoids is 0. 163%. The extent of scavenging hydroxyl radical for the three solutions in the same concentration and volume are : Cirsium chlo is extractant 〉 rutin solution 〉 BHT solution.
