摘要
大量无序接入的电动汽车会对电网产生巨大的影响。电动汽车,尤其是具有V2G(Vehicle to Grid)功能的电动汽车将会成为智能电网的重要组成部分,一方面能够减小随机充电负荷对电网的冲击,另一方面,电动汽车的移动储能特性又会为可再生能源协调发展提供平台。介绍了近几年电动汽车与电网互动在协调控制策略方面的研究成果,并对电动汽车参与电网互动的控制策略提出了建议。
The uncoordinated charging behaviors of electric vehicle fleets in large scale will have enormous negative impacts on power grid. Electric vehicles, particularly to these functioned with V2G(Vehicle to Grid), will be an important component of smart gird. On the one hand, the intelligent regulation considering electric vehicles can drastically mitigate those negative impacts caused by uncoordinated charging, on the other, it can provide a harmonious platform for renewable energy by regarding electric ve- hicles as energy storage. This paper reviews recent researches on coordinated control strategy of vehicle to grid, including the coordi- nated charging and discharging and providing ancillary services such as peak and frequency regulation and gives some advices for developing the control strategy of vehicle to grid.
