摘要
冠状动脉瘘是临床上常见的一种冠状动脉畸形,属于发生率较低的先天性心血管疾病。随着近年来先天性心脏病介入治疗的广泛应用,对冠状动脉瘘的治疗从早期的外科开胸直视下结扎为主逐渐向介入治疗方向发展,并且取得了一些进展和共识。现总结目前常见的介入材料,并对近期的治疗进展进行了回顾。
Coronary artery fistula（CAF） is a common clinical coronary artery malformation.In recent years,the treatment of CAF has changed from primarily surgical ligation to interventional treatment.This article summarizes the common interventional materials,and provides a retrospective treatment for CAF.
