摘要 由于CT冠状动脉造影对心率的特殊要求,β受体阻滞剂目前已经成为检查前降低心率的常规方法。现就CT冠状动脉造影降低心率的必要性、β受体阻滞剂的药物安全性与有效性等内容进行综述。 β-blockers administration is the common way for the heart rate control before CT coronary angiography.The safety and efficacy of β-blockers administration were reviewed in CT coronary angiography.
