摘要
目的探讨氩离子凝固术治疗食管上段胃粘膜异位的有效性和安全性。方法对64例食管上段胃粘膜异位患者实施氩离子凝固术,观察治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果 64例患者共接受72次APC治疗,所有患者局部胃粘膜均由食管鳞状上皮替代,镜下治愈率为100.0%。治疗后出现不适症状7例,均通过抑酸剂治疗后症状消失。结论氩离子凝固术治疗食管上段胃粘膜异位,疗效确切、安全,值得推广。
Objective To study the effectiveness and safety of argon plasma coagulation in the treatment of ectopic gastric mucosa in the upper esophagus.Methods 64 cases of heterotopic gastric mucosa in the upper esophagus were treatmented with argon plasma coagulation,curative effect and complications were compared.Results 64 patients received a total of 72 APC,all localized gastric mucosa were replaced by esophageal squamous epithelial,endoscopic healing rate was 100%.Conclusion Argon plasma coagulation in the treatment of ectopic gastric mucosa in the upper esophagus is safe and effective.
