摘要
目的进一步研究和比较临床子宫切除过程中采用传统的腹式子宫切除术和采用腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术两组治疗方法的实际差异。方法本文选取了2010年12月～2012年12月期间我院收治实施子宫切除术的患者共计150例为研究对象,针对患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析。结果两组患者实施不同手术方法治疗后,在术中出血量、肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间等指标比较上,腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术组患者均显著的优于传统腹式子宫切除术组患者的水平,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在临床子宫切除的实践过程中,与传统的腹式子宫切除术相比较采用腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术治疗方法的临床实际效果显著,是临床实施子宫切除的可靠选择。
Objective To further and compare the actual differences of clinical uterus removal process using uterine traditional resection and laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy for two groups of treatment.Methods 150 cases during the period from December 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital with the implementation of hysterectomy patients were chosen as the research object.According to the clinical data,they were taken for retrospective analysis.Results After the treatment of different operation methods in the two groups of patients,the amount of bleeding,anal exhaust time,ambulation time,hospitalization time were compared,laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy group were significantly superior to the level of traditional abdominal uterine resection group（P0.05）,the difference was statistical significant.Conclusion In clinical practice of hysterectomy,the clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy treatment compared with abdominal uterine traditional resection is significant,and it is a reliable clinical implementation of hysterectomy.
