摘要
本文中对某乘用车的液压悬置元件进行研究。首先通过试验得到它的动态特性曲线;然后利用AMESim软件建立其仿真模型,并进行仿真,以揭示其动刚度、阻尼滞后角随激励频率、振幅而变化的规律;最后,通过仿真计算研究了等效泵压面积、解耦盘截面积和解耦盘自由间隙对其幅变特性的影响。
The hydraulic mount component of a passenger car is studied in this paper. Firstly, Its dynamic characteristic curves are obtained by test. Then its simulation model is built using AMESim software, and a simula- tion is conducted to reveal the rule of dynamic stiffness and loss angle varying with excitation frequencies and ampli- tudes. Finally the effects of the area of equivalent pump piston and the section area and backlash of decoupling plate on the amplitude-dependent characteristics of hydraulic mount component are studied by simulation.
