摘要
地理国情主要包括表示地球表面自然形态所包含的要素,如地貌、水系、植被和土壤等自然地理要素与人类在生产活动中改造自然界所形成的要素,如居民地、道路网、经济文化和行政标志等社会经济要素。地理国情监测、统计分析和发布是维护国家尊严、让国民了解我国国情的重要举措。为了更好地开展我省地理国情监测,为政府决策提供服务,我单位从2009年开始进行了地理国情监测的实践研究,通过三年多的努力,完成了三江源区生态环境地理国情监测实践研究,初步达到了地理国情监测的目的,探讨地理国情监测的开展及意义。
Geographical conditons include elements of physical geography contained in the natural from of the Earth＇s surface,such as landforms,drainage,vegetation and soil,and include socio-economic factors which human in production activity elements of nature have developed in the community,such as residential areas,road networks,economic cultural and administrative flags.Geographical situation monitoring,statistical analysis and publication is to safeguard national dignity and provide national important initiatives.In order to better carry out geographical situation monitoring in our providing services to govern decision-making,our units has carried out practical research on geographical situation monitoring since 2009.Through three years of effort,we completed a study on geographical conditions of Sanjiangyuan area ecological environment monitoring practice and achieved the preliminary geographical situation monitoring purposes to explore and the clinical significance.
