摘要
目的探讨肠内营养在神经内科危重症患者中的应用及护理。方法对2011年5月—2012年6月收治的36例神经内科危重症患者实施肠内营养支持,并给予相应的预防和护理措施,观察营养指标的改善及并发症发生情况。结果本组死亡4例,余32例肠内营养支持后血清总蛋白和血清白蛋白水平较营养支持前升高(P<0.05)。部分患者出现腹泻、便秘、呕吐、腹痛、糖代谢异常及误吸、堵管等并发症,经对症处理后消失。结论肠内营养能改善神经内科危重症患者营养状况,提高机体免疫力,促进神经功能恢复,减少并发症并改善预后,有利于患者的治疗和康复。
Objective To explore application and nursing care on enteral nutrition of severe patients in neurology department.Methods A total of 36 severe patients during May 2011 and June 2012 in our department were given enteral nutrition support and intensive care,and improvements of nutrition indicators and incidence rates of complications were also observed.Results Among the 36 patients,4 patients died,the levels of serum total protein and albumin in other 32 patients significantly increased than those before nutritional support(P 0.05).Some patients had diarrhea,constipation,vomiting,abdominal pain,abnormal glycometabolism,aspiration and tube plugging,and corresponding treatment was performed,then the complications disappeared.Conclusion Enteral nutrition may improve the nutritional status of severe patients in neurology department,enhance auto immunity promote the recovery of neurological function,reduce complications and improve prognosis,which may play a positive role for patients' rehabilitation.
