摘要
介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司广州分公司5.2 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置完成加工含酸原油适应性改造以后减压塔的运行和检修情况。在减压塔检修期间,发现由于减压塔高温部位填料局部腐蚀严重,造成部分填料塌陷、填料支撑圈脱落等故障,分析了塔内件腐蚀的原因,提出了防控减压塔内件腐蚀的措施和建议。
The paper introduced the operation and overhaul situation of the vacuum tower in 5.2 Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit in SINOPEC Guangzhou Company after the unit adaptability reformation processing acid-containing crude oil has completed.During the overhaul of the vacuum tower,it was found that the packing serious localized corrosion at high-temperature place in the vacuum tower brought out the fault,such as part of packing and packing support collapsing,etc.Analyzing the corrosion causes of tower internals,some measures and suggestions preventing and controlling corrosion of vacuum tower internals are proposed.
