摘要
采用生物滴滤塔去除沼气中H2S,研究了脱硫细菌的培养驯化过程,影响脱硫效率的主要因素和冲击负荷对反应器的影响。试验结果表明,进气量控制在0.2 L/min、pH为7、循环液喷淋量为4 L/h、气水比为3∶1,系统温度控制在30℃时,系统的运行效果最佳,H2S的去除效率保持在90%以上。在短时间内,反应器在超负荷下可以稳定运行。
The paper presented a process of removing H2S in biogas by biofilter,the enrichment and training of sulfur bacteria were carried out,and the effects of main factors on H2S removal and the ability of biofilter to buffer shock loading of the biofilter were studied.The result indicated that H2S removal efficiency was higher than 90 % when the amount of gas-inlet is 0.2 L/min,pH is 7,the sprinkling amount is 4 L/h,the gas water ratio is 3∶1,the temperature is 30 ℃.The reactor could recover quickly in a short time of shock loading.
