摘要
计算化学是近年来发展最快的化学研究领域之一,通过对具体的分子系统进行理论分析和计算,能比较准确地反映有关稳定性、反应机理等基本化学问题。文章结合具体的教学实例,在高等有机化学教学中,探讨计算化学软件在高等有机化学课程研究性教学中的应用,以增强课堂教学的生动性,丰富课堂教学内容、激发学生的学习兴趣。
Computational chemistry is one of the fastest growing areas of chemical research in the last decade.Through theoretical analysis and calculations to a specific molecular system,one can accurately answer the basic chemical problems,for example,the stability and the reaction mechanism,etc.With the combination of teaching examples,the method of the application of computational chemistry softwares in the research-based teaching of advanced organic chemistry course was discussed to increase the vitality of courses and improve the quality of teaching.
