摘要
介绍了干粉气化工艺除渣系统,阐述了除渣系统中渣池、渣锁斗及捞渣机的工艺设计,总结现存干粉气化工艺除渣系统运行中的一些问题,在工艺设计中提出解决办法。
In the paper the author gave a simple introduction of slag removal system in pulverized coal gasification process,described briefly the process design of slag bath,slag sluice vessel and drag chain in slag removal system,and then summarized the problems in operation of current pulverized coal gasification slag removal system,put forward corresponding solutions in process design.
