饲料中硝基咪唑类药物的GC-MS检测方法 被引量:15

摘要 采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法测定饲料中硝基咪唑类药物的含量,通过色谱分离,发现保留时间与标准一致,线性关系良好,检出限为0.20~0.63 ng/kg,回收率为83.7%~95.4%,此外日内和日间的变异系数均小于15%。结果表明,GC-MS法适用于饲料中的硝基咪唑类药物的含量测定。
