不同干燥条件对小球藻细胞成分的影响

摘要 探究烘干、冷冻干、晒干和喷雾干燥等4种干燥条件对小球藻细胞成分的影响。结果表明:不同干燥条件对小球藻粗蛋白含量的影响不显著,喷雾干燥和冷冻干燥条件下的粗油脂、色素和碳水化合物含量较高,晒干和烘干条件对粗油脂和色素的影响较大,但烘干条件下灰分和矿质元素含量最高。因此,不同干燥条件对小球藻细胞成分的影响较大。综合考虑小球藻细胞成分的应用途径,喷雾干燥是一种可行的小球藻细胞干燥条件,具有工业化应用潜力。
