摘要
介绍了某高层建筑物结构特征、原基础设计、场地地质条件及施工时出现的桩基事故 ,分析了产生桩基事故的原因 ,重点说明了该工程加固处理的方法 ,对软弱场地土桩基施工时应注意的问题提出了建议。
In this article, authors introduce the structural features, foundation design, geological conditions of that building and the construction accident, analyze reasons of the accident, illustrate the methods adopted to strengthen the foundation, and give some advises on the issue of pile foundation construction on soft soil foundation.
