摘要
针对包装机横封机构高速运行时的振动问题,选用附加配重法作为机构动力性能改善的方法。振动力和振动力矩的完全平衡分析表明,该机构不能够实现完全平衡,并且由机构动力学平衡理论可知,振动力和振动力矩的完全平衡往往会引起其他动力性能的恶化。建立了横封机构的振动力和振动力矩的优化数学模型,并通过MATLAB进行了仿真分析,得到了数学模型的优化参数,改善了机构的动力性能。
Additional counterweight was chosen to improve dynamic performance of traverse seal mechanism of packa- ging machine and solve the vibration problem at high speed. Complete balancing analysis of shaking force and shaking moment showed that the mechanism can' t achieve complete balancing. According to the theory of mechanism dynamic balancing, complete balancing of shaking force and shaking moment often causes deterioration of other dynamic per- hJrmance. Optimization mathematical model of shaking force and shaking moment of traverse seal mechanism was es- tablished. Simulation analysis was carried out by using MATLAB software and optimal parameters of the model were obtained to improve dynamic performance of the mechanism.
