移相全桥ZVZC软开关DC-DC稳压电源分析与设计 被引量:4

Analysis and design of phase-shift full bridge zero-voltage zero-current switching DC-DC regulated power supply

摘要 针对移相全桥零电压零电流软开关(ZVZCS)工作原理进行详细分析,选择了滞后桥臂串接二极管的ZVZCS软开关电路进行研究,滞后桥臂串接的二极管阻止了关断后的反向电流,减弱了环路损耗,电路结构较为简单,同时设计了一套基于TMS320F2812的数字控制系统驱动软开关,构建了移相全桥零电压零电流的主电路拓扑结构。该DC-DC变换器通过PWM移相控制闭环实现了恒电压、恒电流的调整,实验表明,该控制系统实现了零开关,减小了开关通断过程的功耗。 Phase-shift full bridge zero-voltage zero-current soft switching(ZVZCS) principle was analyzed,to choose ZVZCS soft switching circuit with diode concatenated the lag bridge arm,lag of bridge arm with concatenated diode prevents exchange of reverse current in the turn-off phase.The loop power consumption was weakened and circuit structure was simplified.A set of digital control system based on TMS320F2812 to drive soft switch was designed and the phase-shift full bridge zero-voltage and zero-current of main circuit topology was built.The DC-DC converter realized constant voltage and constant current adjustment by phase shift PWM close-loop control.The experiments show that this control system implements the zero switch and reduce the power consumption during the process of the switch on and off.
