摘要
通过对 4Cr1 4Ni1 4W 2Mo、5Cr2 1Mn9Ni4N、3Cr2 3Ni8Mn3N三种材料的力学性能和显微组织加以比较分析 ,认为 3Cr2 3Ni8Mn3N的力学性能满足排气阀的性能要求 ,其固溶处理温度范围宽、晶粒比较细小 ,具有组织、性能及工艺优势 ,而且成本较低 ,可以代替 4Cr1 4Ni1 4W2Mo作为 1 90系列柴油机排气阀材料。
For the material 4Cr14Ni14W2Mo, 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N and 3Cr23Ni8Mn3N, the analysis of their mechanical property and microstructure shows that 3Cr23Ni8Mn3N meets the requirement of exhaust valve, and also has superiorities in structure, performance, processing and low cost with a wide solid dissolving treatment temperature and fine grains. So it can be used as exhaust valve replacing material of 190 diesel engine.
