摘要
主要讨论了 2 0t/h工业蒸汽锅炉计算机监控系统的组成和特点 ,并对控制方案进行了具体分析。该系统可实现汽包水位、炉膛负压、蒸汽压力等主要特性参数的自动控制 。
The composition and feature of the computer monitored control system for the 20t/h industrial steam boiler are discussed.A concrete control plan is analysed. The above system can automatically control the principal parameters such as water level in steam drum, furnace draft and steam pressure, etc. The optimum control in combustion process can be attained with automatic optimizing algorithm of the step adjustment in fuzzy control.
