摘要
目的研究重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（贝复济，rb．bFGF）对轻型复发性阿弗他溃疡（RAU）的治疗效果。方法把120例轻型RAU患者，随机分成两组，治疗组60例，用rb—bFGF局部喷涂溃疡面；对照组60例，用0．2％洗必泰溶液喷涂溃疡面，比较两组患者的治疗有效率。结果治疗组有效率为93．33％，对照组有效率为61．66％，二者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论rb—bFGF对轻型RAU疗效显著。
Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor （rb-bFGF） on minor recurrent aphthous ulcer （RAU）. Methods One hundred and twen- ty patients with minor RAU were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group including 60 pa- tients were treated with rb-bFGF spray, which was sprayed locally on the ulcer surface; the control group including 60 patients were treated with chlohexidine solution with the consistency of 0. 2%. Results The effective ratio of the treatment group was 93.3%, while that of the control group was 61.6%, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions rb-bFGF could treat minor RAU effectively.
