摘要
振动对于水泵电机系统具有较大影响,所以必须及早发现振动,找出振动原因,解决系统的振动问题。但非线性振动问题给振动分析带来了很大的困难。针对该问题,以采用矢量电机的立式多级泵为例,将经验模态分解方法用于振动信号分析,以代替比较传统的频谱分析方法。该方法不但可以更准确地分析振动问题,还可以发现振动的能量分布,为进一步提高系统的效率提供帮助。
Vibration has a great impact on the water pump-motor system, so it is necessary to discover the vibration at initial stage, find out the reason and resolve the problem. However, the non-linear vibration problem causes a huge problem for the vibration analysis. Regarding this prob- lem, the empirical mode decomposition was used to analyze the vibration signals instead of the tra- ditional method of frequency spectrum analysis. Compared with the traditional method, this meth- od can not only analyze the vibration problems more accurately but also find the energy distribution of the vibration, which would help to improve the efficiency of the system further.
