摘要
基于已有的多Agent系统及特性,设计了一个电网广域后备保护的分区分层结构系统及其各层的理论模型,分析了各层模型的功能及其协同关系。该模型利用电网广域信息实现各保护装置之间动作的配合协调,以提高保护装置的可靠性和电网的安全稳定性。并介绍了电网广域后备保护各Agent的决策过程,此过程能实现缩短整定延时、快速跳闸切除故障、加速后备保护。
Based on the existing multi-Agent system and the characteristic; this article designed a district stratification structure system of electrical network wide-area backup protection and each level theoretical model, analyzed each model function and the coordination relations. This plan realized between each protective device movement coordinate using the e- lectrical network wide-area information, to improve the reliability of protection devices and power grid safety and stability. And introduced each Agent decision-making process of the electrical network wide-area backup protection, this process is a- ble to achieve shorter delay tuning, fast tripping fault clearance, accelerated backup protection.
