摘要
以矿石化磷石膏、铁矾土、石灰石等为原料 ,对利用机立窑烧制高铁硫铝酸盐无碱膨胀剂进行了试验研究。给出了试验条件和立窑操作要点。讨论了熟料中的铁相、C4 A3 S的定量及膨胀量控制等问题。该熟料的XRD分析表明 ,铁相均以C2 F矿相存在 ,未发现C4 AF。
There is an experimental study of sintering the high alumino-ferro-aluminosulphate basicfree dilatant agent in mechanical vertical kiln using orelike phosphor-gypsum, testing conditions and also the key operation points of the vertical kiln, and, discussed also are such problems as the ferro-phase in clinker, the quantitative analysis of C 4A 3 and control of dilation. It is indicated by XRD that ferro-phase exists in the form of ore phase and C 4AF is not found.
