摘要
针对2012年全国研究所数学建模竞赛C题,首先运用简谐近似、曲柄滑块模型以及精确解析法讨论了油杆抽油机系统光杆悬点运动规律;其次,根据Gibbs给出的悬点示功图转化为地下泵功图模型得到了较为精确的井下泵功图;在此泵功图基础上,建立了理论排量与有效冲程估计油井产量模型;最后,我们对Gibbs波动方程的粘滞阻尼系数提出了3种改进方法.
The hanging-point motion parameters of the sucker-rod pumping unit were discussed based on the geometry relationship and movement characteristics. Then, according to the Gibbs model, a more precise pump dynamometer card was obtaind which was used to build the model of well production.Finally, we summarized 3 kinds of method to improve the damping coefficient.
