摘要
低碳经济给建材产业发展带来了前所未有的挑战和机遇。建材业发展方式要有根本性的变化。应以低碳经济为导向,正确发挥政府职能,做好宏观调控和指导;规范行业的竞争与合作,合理规划建材业的区域布局和延伸产业链;建材企业应规划好企业生产、物流和营销系统,大型建材企业应积极推动兼并重组。
Low-carbon economy has brought both challenges and opportunities to building materials industry. Building materials industry must be developed, but the development measure must be changed fimdamentally. All measures must he guided by low-carbon economy, government must play an appropriate role in macroscopic readjustment and control; building materials industry must regulate the competition and eor^mration system, make scientific planning and a rational layout of the whole industry, and extend industry chain, the building material enterprise must carefully plan its production, logistics, and marketing system. Large enterprises nmst promote annexation and reorganization.
