摘要
由于造船系统的复杂性,涉及中间产品多,导致造船生产现场组织管理难度较大。本文以造船生产现场管理为切入点,以MAS理论为基础,建立造船生产现场MAS协同管理模型及平台,通过多Agent的协作实现造船生产现场业务、流程、管理、信息的协同和集成,实时控制造船生产现场,辅助决策,提高造船企业生产管理效率。
For the complexity and many intermediate products of shipbuilding system,this leads to the great difficulty about shipbuilding production site management,the paper takes the shipbuilding production site management as the breakthrough point,takes the theory of MAS as basics,establishes MAS collaborative management model and platform of production site management,realizes the integration and cooperation of business,process,management and information through the collaboration of MAS,provides real-time control and decision support,improves the efficiency of production management in shipbuilding enterprise.
