摘要
针对装载机悬挂系统的工况特点,设计了一种馈能型磁流变阻尼器。建立了1/4车辆半主动悬挂系统模型,用Matlab/Simulink对采用线性二次最优控制的半主动悬挂系统和被动悬挂系统进行仿真。结果表明采用线性二次最优控制的半主动悬挂系统相对于被动悬挂系统能够明显提高装载机的减振效果。
According to the characteristics of working condition of loaders' suspension systems, a self-fed Magnetorheological (MR) fluid damper was designed. A 1/4 vehicle semi-active suspension system model was established, and semi-active suspension system based on linear optimal control and passive suspension system were simulated by using Matlab/Simulink. The results indicate that semi-active suspension system based on linear optimal control is improved much better than passive suspension system in effect of decreasing vibration of loader.
