高抗磷脂抗体致青壮年男性脑静脉窦血栓1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 脑静脉窦血栓（cerebral venous sins thrombosis,CVST）是脑卒中的一种少见类型,约占成人脑卒中的1%～2%。该病多见于20～35岁女性[1],主要与怀孕、分娩、口服避孕药有关[2]。脑静脉窦血栓的病因很多,主要包括鼻窦、中耳、乳突炎症,妊娠、围产期及口服避孕药,高凝血状态及弥散性血管内凝血（DIC）,红细胞增多症和先天或后天性心脏病,镰状细胞贫血、重度脱水、创伤、Bechet综合征、肿瘤等[3],另外有近1/3的病例原因不明。
