摘要
苹果梨园施肥试验结果表明,施肥是改进苹果梨果实品质的主要措施,有机肥与化肥配合施用效果大于二者分别单施,以有机肥与N、P、K化肥配施效果最明显,比其它施肥方式总糖、还原糖、蔗糖、蛋白质、脂肪、维生素C、总酸分别提高5.5%~32.1%、5.4%~32.2%、6.9%~30.6%、5.2%~44.2%、16.3%~51.0%、6.5%~19.9%、1.4%~12.0%。有机肥的作用是提供了N、P、K营养元素,有机肥与N、P、K之间存在明显交互效应。
The results of spreading fertilizer to apple-pear orchard showed that fertilizer application was the key measure to improve apple-pear quality, the combined fertilization was better than the single fertilization. The combined fertilization of organic fertilizers and N, P and K chemical fertilizers showed the best performance, and it could improve the total sugar contents 5.5% - 32.1%, protein 5.2% - 44.2%, fat 16.3% - 51.0%, vitamin C 6.5% - 19.9%, and total acid 1.4% - 12.0%. The reason why organic fertilizer could improve apple-pear quality was that it took along with some nutrition elements including N, P and K. There were apparent positive effects among organic fertilizer, N, P and K.
