高压氧治疗对手部皮瓣移植术后疗效的观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨高压氧治疗对手部皮瓣移植术后的存活率的影响。方法将入选患者随机分成观察组(42例)和对照组(41例),对照组采用清创、抗感染、消肿等常规方法治疗,观察组在此基础上介入高压氧(HBO)治疗。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者手部肿胀消退时间和皮肤红润改变时间均有显著性缩短(P<0.05);观察组患者术后手部皮瓣总成活率为97.62%,显著高于对照组的总成活率(P<0.05);术后立即进行HBO治疗的患者与术后10 h进行HBO治疗的患者手部皮瓣总成活率高达100%,显著高于术后2 d进行HBO治疗的患者(P<0.05)。结论在手部皮瓣移植术后及早介入HBO疗法可明显改善皮瓣血运障碍,显著提高皮瓣成活率,建议在临床上广泛应用。 Objective To investigate the impact of hyperbaric oxygen therapy opponents flap survival after transplantation. Methods Eligible patients were randomly divided into observation group(42 cases) and control group(41 cases). The control group was treated with debridement, anti-infection, swelling and other conventional methods of treatment, the observation group with intervene on the basis of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group were hand swelling subsided and ruddy skin to change the time were significantly shorter( P 〈 0.05 ) ;observation group pa- tients hand flap survival rate was 97.62% ,significantly higher HBO treatment of patients with hand flap in the total survival rate of the control group(P 〈0.05) ;immediately after HBO treatment of patients with postoperative 10 h total survival rate of up to 100%, significantly higher than the postoperative 2 d HBO treatment patients ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion HBO therapy in the hand flap transplant recipients early intervention can significantly improve flap blood circulation disorder, significantly improve flap survival rate,it was recommended widely used in clinical.
