摘要
综合评价对总结工作成效、改进发展思路具有重要的推动作用,特别是在区域资源和要素禀赋存在差异的前提下,建立更加客观合理的评价体系对全面反应不同地区的生产力促进中心实际发展状况十分必要。从区域划分的视角出发,按照同一类指标赋予不同权重的方式,采取变异系数法的基本原理,可以描述评价指标在不同地区呈现的异化敏感程度,以此构建体现区域差异性的评价方法,在此基础上,通过对国家级示范生产力促进中心进行实证分析,探索其内在规律性特点,以形成改进绩效评价的思路。
Comprehensive assessment is a great driving force for improving work efficiency and improving modes of development, especially in the case of differences in regional resources and elements. From the perspective of regional divisions and based on different weights for the same type of quota, the method of adopting coefficients of variation can be used to establish an assessing method to show regional differences so as to disclose the inner laws and improve assessment with reference to analysis of State-level demonstration centers for promoting productivity.
