摘要
目的:观察热敏灸加中药离子导入配合功能训练治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将140例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各70例,治疗组采用热敏灸加中药离子导入配合功能训练治疗,对照组采用电针治疗,分别在治疗3个疗程后由专人进行疗效评定,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床治愈率为57.1%,总有效率为95.7%;对照组临床治愈为27.1%,总有效率为78.6%,治疗组治愈率及总有效率均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸加中药离子导入配合功能训练治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著。
Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of thermal moxibustion plus Chinese medicine iontophoresis fit function training treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods ： 140 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each with 70 cases. The treatment group used thermal moxibustion plus Chinese medicine iontophoresis fit function training, and the control group used electric acupuncture treatment. After 3 weeks treatment, curative effect evaluation was respectively carried on by specialist and compared. Results ： The treatment group clinical cure rate was 57.1% and the total effective rate was 95.7%; the cure rate of control group was 27.1%, and the total effective rate was 78.6%. The treatment group was superior to the control group, and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Thermal moxibustion plus Chinese medicine iontophoresis fit function training treatment of knee osteoarthritis has distinc curative effect.
