摘要
新安医学作为地域性综合性学术流派,内部分支学术流派林立,固本培元派就是其中学术阵容强大、历史悠久、特色鲜明的一支。在明初中期的16世纪,从汪机的人参、白术、黄芪和营卫、温补脾胃阳气,到其再传弟子孙一奎以温补下元为重,或合干姜、附子固先后天之本、培脾肾元气并举并治,以汪机众多的弟子门生们为主体的新安固本培元治法学派蔚然形成;此后明清众多的新安名医,包括当时闻名遐迩的歙西槐塘-冯塘程系、歙西余系、歙西澄溏吴系、休宁汪系等新安世医家族链医家,均连续不断地加入这一阵容,并在各自的临床实践中不断地丰富和发展温补培元之治,逐渐形成了以固本培元为学术主张,温养气血、培补脾肾元气为治法,临床善用人参、白术、黄芪或合干姜、附子共用的庞大的医家群体——尽管各医家在补脾抑或固肾抑或脾肾同治上,尚有种种区别与不同。新安固本培元派阵容强大,历经400年而不衰,足以证明其生命力之旺盛和强大。
Xin＇an medicine, as a regional and comprehensive academic school, has established a variety of internal branches of schools. The school of consolidating vital base and supplementing primordial qi is one of the branches with sufficient academic stuff, a long history and distinct features. In the early and middle Ming dynasty of the 16th century, the preliminary ＇consolidating vital base and supplementing primordial qi＇ of Xin＇an medicine gradually came into existence, which was typically represented by WANG Ji＇s applying ginseng, Baizhu, Huangqi in harmonizing Yingqi and Weiqi, warming and reinforcing Yangqi of spleen and stomach; WANG Ji＇s student, SUN Yi-kui, who emphasized warming and reinforcing kidney, applying ganjiang, Fuzi in reinforcing spleen and stomach, and treating spleen and kidney simultaneously. Ever since then, many famous Xin＇an doctors, including the well-known Wang Faculty of Xiuning county, Huaitang （Fengtang） Cheng Faculty, Yu Faculty and Wu Faculty of west She county, have joined this school continuously. With their respective clinical experience, they enriched and developed the treatment method of consolidating vital base and supplementing primordial qi. Accordingly they formed a large medical group with consolidating vital base and supplementing primordial qi as mainstream academic proposition, warmly reinforcing qi and blood, consolidating primordial qi of spleen and kidney as treatment method, and genseng, Baizhu, Huangqi, Ganjiang and Fuzi as frequently-used medicine, despite the fact that there may be some differences in reinforcing spleen, consolidating kidney or compound treatment of spleen and kidney. Xin＇an medical school of consolidating vital base and supplementing primordial qi is powerful with many researchers and doctors, and has been remaining prosperous for 400 years, which has fully demonstrated its vitality.
