摘要
目的:探讨颜正华教授治疗泄泻的处方用药规律。方法:收集颜正华教授治疗泄泻的处方,基于中医传承辅助系统软件,采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,确定处方中各种药物的使用频次及药物之间的关联规则,分析颜正华教授治疗泄泻的用药经验。结果:对筛选出的81个处方进行分析,确定处方中药物的使用频次和药物之间的关联规则,并挖掘出31个核心组合和4首新处方。结论:颜正华教授治疗泄泻经验丰富,多用理气和中、健脾益气之品,应用灵活,配伍严谨。
Objective： Analyze the composing experience of professor YAN Zheng-hua on diarrhea by using tradaUonat Chinese medicine （TCM） inheritance support system. Methods： Cellecting the prescriptions for stomachache,then enter the data into TCM inheritance support system and analyze composing principles by using datamining methods such as revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster. Results： Based on the analysis of 81 Prescriptions, the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed, 31 core combinations and 4 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion： Professor YAN Zheng-hua was good at regulating qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach and fortifying the spleen and replenishing qi to relieve diarrhea.
