摘要
投资建设项目管理水平是油田企业核心竞争力的重要体现,企业的经济效益在相当程度上决定于勘探、开发、建设过程的投资效益。为加强投资项目管理,2005年胜利油田积极引入ERP系统项目管理(PS)模块,2011年4月"IM"模块上线运行,通过ERP的不断深化应用,投资计划管理得到了提升。
The management level of construction projects investment is an important manifestation of the core competitive-ness of oil field enterprise. The economic benefits of the enterprise depend on the benefit from investments to exploration, de-velopment, and construction to a great extent. In order to strengthen the management of investment projects, Shengli Oilfield actively introduced the project management (PS) module of ERP system in 2005. In the April of 2011, "IM" module got into on-line operation. Through the further application of ERP, the management of investment plans has been improved.
